The Draper in Chicago is a prime example of adaptive reuse projects, where an existing structure is recycled and repurposed.  Phase two of the expansive project was recently completed with the opening of “The Sally”, a 180 unit multi-family residential building featuring floor to ceiling windows and multiple wall cladding materials.  Over 22,000 square feet of Alfrex FR MCM graces the façade in our standard Charcoal paint finish.
