Located near the University of Manitoba, The Arc is Winnipeg’s first luxury student housing community. Designed by the architectural firm ARK, Alfrex FR MCM metal composite material in contrasting colors and planes blends smoothly with the building’s curved design.

Fire-resistant ACM composite metal wall panels were the natural choice and brought to reality by Concord Pacific.
